Assembly

Note: As part of our COVID-19 safety measures, you may now opt for self-assembly and our delivery partners will place your unassembled item(s) at your doorstep upon arrival. To do so, simply tick the Contactless Delivery check box during checkout. If you have already placed an order and would like to request for Contactless Delivery, please contact us at sales@desmarkfurniture.com.sg

If you are needing assembly of your furniture, we are available for installation service. Please call 6438 7767 or select with your installation section on your order form.

Refunds

As we do not provide refunds, please check the details on your order confirmation before proceeding to payment.

Cancellations

To ship in a timely manner, we start producing your order right after we receive it. So once your order is placed, we do not accept any cancellation and all monies paid will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation.

Returns and Exchanges

Please inspect your purchases. In the event that you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact us within 2 working days via Chat, Email sales@desmarkfurniture.com.sg or company phone line 64387767. We will arrange for a return and exchange accordingly.

In the event that we do not have stock of the returned product model, we will issue a voucher code of your original payment value, so you can purchase another product in-stock.

We do not accept returns for items which are in good condition but found to be unsuitable after delivery or self collection. Customer must make sure that the overall dimensions and the style of the products ordered are suitable for the intended purpose.

Technical service

 Our technical service offers the customer technical support where needed. They are there for any questions regarding the assembly and functioning of our height-adjustable desk frames.

Sales support

Our sales team is there to answer any questions you may have regarding our frames. We can also advise and assist you with any special requests. A few times a year, we host special “customer days” where our sales team offers an extensive sales training session. Contact us to find out when the next “customer day” will be.

Explore and evaluate your office design using immersive technologies that bring the design to life. With 3-D plans and virtual walk-through you can understand how the new office design will work before starting to build.

We take stock and analyze how you work today and how you want to work tomorrow, to create a set of standards that define your office design now and in the future.We want you to be confident with your space before we begin. We’ll take you to speak with past clients and show you finished spaces. We can even bring your designs to life through renders and 3D walk-through, so you can be confident with your new space before we begin.

We’ll fix any issues and help with alterations after you move in. If your teams grow or you need new spaces, we’re here to help.

Free Delivery & Installation

Once your order is received into our warehouse, you will be contacted to schedule the delivery to your convenience but subjected to available delivery slots. Desmark processes and ships orders on Mondays through Fridays, excluding Public Holidays. Properly completed orders submitted will be delivered within three to five working days unless otherwise stated. Our logistics team will be contacting you via phone to schedule a suitable delivery date. (Mon-Sat, 10pm – 6pm. excluding Sunday & Public Holidays). Please note that it is your responsibility to check that your items will fit through doors, staircases and lifts in their packaging before you place your order. Product dimensions are included in the Product Information on our website.

Carry-up Service

Carry-up Service is required for delivery to any location above ground floor without direct, unobstructed lift access. This includes carrying furniture up any flight of stairs within apartments or landed property.

**Additional $10-$60 per level (Depending on size of furniture).

**Charges also apply to stairs within landed properties or HDB mansionettes.

Note: Carry-up service is required only for furniture items and does not need to be added on for accessory items. If you require carry-up service but have not arranged for it at any of the steps above, please call our customer hotline or send a request via our Contact Us page. Kindly ensure we are notified and have acknowledged your request at least 3 business days before your delivery date (the 3 business days cannot include the day/date you inform us).

Warranty 

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority here at Desmark. That’s why we’re pleased to offer a limited warranty that covers defects in material or workmanship on all new Desmark products. This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty is effective as of the date of delivery.
